Item 8.01. Other Events.
On
April 17, 2019, we issued a press release to report the
completion of our previously announced
sale of $5.4 million of NOL tax benefits through the New Jersey
Economic Development Authority Program. As a result, we received approximately $5.1
million in cash from the sale of these NOL tax
benefits.
A copy
of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.
