As previously disclosed, on June 6, 2014, Forward Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) received a nomination letter from director Terence Bernard Wise seeking to nominate himself and three other individuals for election as director at the Company’s 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). On June 26, 2014, the Company received a second nomination letter from Mr. Wise seeking to nominate three additional individuals for election at the Annual Meeting. As a result, Mr. Wise is now seeking to nominate a total of seven individuals for election at the Annual Meeting. The Company is reviewing the materials received from Mr. Wise.
