In trading on Tuesday, the iShares US Utilities ETF (IDU) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Southwest Gas (SWX), up about 2.8% and shares of EL Paso Electric (EE), up about 2.3% on the day.
