Qatar to invest up to $2.8 billion in China AgBank

Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund reportedly agrees to invest as much as $2.8 billion in Agricultural Bank of China’s upcoming initial public offering, while Kuwait's fund could put in $2 billion.
