U.S. plans $30 billion F-15 sale to Saudis: report

The U.S. is preparing to sell Saudi Arabia 84 advanced Boeing fighters for $30 billion in a deal that could eventually encompass Sikorsky-made Black Hawk helicopters, according to a Wall Street Journal report.
