Twitter tops $60 then slips on downgrades

Shares of LSI soars on news it’s being acquired by Avago; Intel also up after announcing plan to buy wireless infrastructure business of Mindspeed Technologies. Twitter tops $60, but is hit by downgrades from Wells Fargo and SunTrust.
