Sedrick Evans joins the HCS team and brings over 20 years of human resources experience

Sedrick will manage HCS projects and staff consultants, as well as other services of HCS. Sedrick has over 20 years of significant human resources experience, including consulting in the areas of staff development, talent recruitment and culture transformation. He held Director of HR roles with Alliance Data Systems and Direct Energy, and he managed employee relations, as well as regulatory services, for Central & Southwest. For the last three and a half years, he worked as a consultant at Dean Foods and Borden Dairy where he was instrumental in centralizing HR/Accounting transactional activities into a corporate shared services environment.
