HOLYOKE, Colo., Oct. 1, 2014/ PRNewswire/-- Approximately 1,958 adjacent acres of farmland near Holyoke, in Philips County, will be offered at auction Saturday, Oct. 25. Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company is marketing the property and managing the event in cooperation with The Lund Company.
