Endurance International widens losses

Endurance International Group Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: EIGI) widened third quarter losses more than expected to 12 cents per share from 6 cents per share in the year ago period and announced plans to acquire Constant Contact Inc. (Nasdaq: CTCT) for approximately $1.1 billion. Shares of Endurance International plunged $2.21 to close at $11.12 while Constant Contact stock leaped $5.73 to close at $31.83.
