Express Scripts sues Horizon Pharma

Express Scripts Holding Co. (Nasdaq: ESRX) sued Horizon Pharma (Nasdaq: HZNP) for $140 million for failing to honor a pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate agreement. Express Scripts also removed Linden Care, which dispenses drugs almost exclusively from Horizon, from its network of pharmacies. Shares of Express Scripts plunged $3.66 to close at $84.87 while Horizon Pharma stock plummeted $4.39 to close at $17.99.
