COADE announced today that the first COADE Discovery Tour event featuring CAESAR II for pipe stress analysis and PV Elite for pressure vessel design and stress analysis will be held on March 5, 2008 in Madrid, Spain, with the event organized in conjunction with Genin & Garces, COADE’s dealer covering the region. This educational session will highlight CAESAR II 5.10, the world’s most widely used pipe stress analysis package, now offering 40% faster graphics and reports, several improved productivity features, new codes for PD8010 Parts 1 and 2, and updates to other international pipe stress codes. The session on PV Elite 2008, which incorporates the latest ASME code updates to Section VIII Division 1, will demonstrate productivity enhancements that allow many more items to be globally modified for "what if" cost and engineering scenarios and new features for creating tubesheet layouts for shell and tube heat exchangers and for generating ASME U-1 forms with design information directly from PV Elite in Microsoft Excel format, providing for easy customization.
Future COADE Discovery Tour events in 2008 featuring CAESAR II and PV Elite, planned and coordinated in conjunction with COADE’s Global Network Partners and resellers, are scheduled for June 3rd in Buenos Aires, Argentina; July 15th in Caracas, Venezuela; and July 17th in Mexico City.
