Nicklaus family owned and operated Golden Bear Realty announced today that it has expanded its reach globally with an international listing syndication, and it has changed its name to reflect this development. This proprietary web based program will offer clients the opportunity to have their listings syndicated worldwide through Golden Bear Realty International, the company’s new name.
