Up until now, vouchers had been almost exclusively offered to big banks, huge corporations, and credit card and brokerage firms. SPC is finally releasing jaw-dropping travel and gasoline vouchers to customers thru newspaper and magazine subscriptions, retail outlets, point of purchase, and a more diverse group of smaller companies and outlets, including the print media. Millions more U.S. consumers will be able to save colossal sums on vacation travel, which is God send to Americans with shrinking expendable income. Kessler notes that, “Multiple-voucher discounting is never permitted on anything you buy using vouchers” -- so in essence Kessler’s formula allows consumers additional full discounts on upgrades, car rentals, attractions, restaurants, etc. instead of just one.
