On Thursday, June 26, 2008, Chef and owner Roberto Donna from the acclaimed Bebo Trattoria in Crystal City and Galileo in Washington, DC, will be on hand to prepare some of his most popular dishes, offer step-by-step demonstrations and tastings.

Named after Donna's boyhood nickname, Bebo Trattoria in Crystal City, houses a custom made wood burning oven in which Donna makes pizzas and Panini sandwiches from his Galileo Grill. The menu features a variety of antipasti and entrees and an extensive selection of small plates and wines by the glass.
