National Maintenance Group Signs Core Agreement with Diamond Resorts International

National Maintenance Group, Inc., (Pink Sheets:NMGP) is pleased to report it has signed a "Core Agreement" with Diamond Resorts International, one of the largest vacation ownership companies in the world with more than 110 branded and affiliated resorts in 14 countries with destinations throughout the continental United States and Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe.

Under the Core Agreement, National Maintenance will provide cleaning and maintenance for numerous Diamond Resort locations. It is anticipated that National Maintenance will begin its contract services next month.

This Core agreement will provide National Maintenance Group with the tremendous opportunity to expand our business all throughout the United States and other key resort locations around the world, said Dow Chasan, CEO of National Maintenance Group, Inc.
