Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. Completes Reverse Merger With Global One; Commences Trading Under Symbol "BSTI"

Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BSTI), a leader in the design of advanced, high-intensity LED (light-emitting diode) tactical flashlights and personal protection systems for the military, law enforcement and consumer markets, announced today that it has consummated a merger with Global One Holdings, and has begun trading effective today over-the-counter on the Pink Sheets under the symbol BSTI.

With the reverse merger completed and access to the U.S. capital markets, we are positioned for a period of exceptional growth, said Glenn Bushee, president of Brite-Strike. We can now focus our efforts towards expanding the market reach of our unparalleled, non-lethal protection devices to an increasing number of police, military and civilians.

Designed by police officers, the companys high-performance flashlights use cutting-edge Philips Lumileds Luxeon ® technology to produce 198 lumens of ultra-bright light that can disorient and temporarily impair the vision of an attacker.

No other company can rival our high-intensity flashlight. Our tactical lights output nearly 200 lumens through three adjustable settings, including a strobe feature. At only five-inches long, and weighing only five ounces, the mil-spec, black-anodized construction makes the product virtually indestructible, waterproof and shockproof, said Bushee. Plus, they are legal anywhere in the United States and can be carried on airplanes.

Brite-Strikes Tactical Blue-Dot Series is currently used by various government agencies, the military, SWAT teams and other law enforcement officials. Its patented Lightning Strike Personal Protection System thwarts potential attackers with a combination of high-intensity flashing strobe lighting and an audible alarm, specifically designed for women, seniors, students and other private citizens seeking an easy-to-deploy personal protection system.

Previously, Brite-Strikes line of protection products had only been available by word-of-mouth, the companys website, or several high-end catalogs, including Frontgate and Herrington. Recently, however, retail giants such as BJS Wholesale Clubs, Amazon.com, and Lowes.com have agreed to join the growing number of retail channels carrying Brite-Strike.
