Team Resources Inc. to Have 11 Oil Wells Producing by December 2008

Team Resources, Inc. an independent oil and gas company is excited to announce that its limited partnership; School Creek Production & Development Fund I, LP, has begun developing its 1,200 acres in Cowley County, Kansas.

Team Resources' Current natural gas field acquisition was selected due to the excellent potential of developing the proven significant gas reserves coupled with the ever growing demand in America for Natural Gas- the real alternative to oil” said Kevin A. The natural gas was originally “proved up” by Texaco in the 1950’s. At the time, these gas reserves were left undeveloped due to the lack of demand and profitability. According to Kansas State records the original wells only produced oil from shallower formations bypassing the natural gas found in the deeper horizons.

Since acquiring the field, Team Resources has constructed a brand new 3 mile pipeline to Quest –a local gas purchaser, electrified the lease, put the existing gas well which was being used to power the producing 7 oil wells on the lease into the pipeline for sale to Quest and refurbished the 7 existing oil wells. Team Resources has proposed to drill 6 new wells next to the previously tested gas wells and to complete another 5 existing gas wells that were previously cased in.

“Drilling and testing has already concluded with production casing being set on the first well, the Davis #1. The successful results were exactly what we were looking for. The drilling rig has now moved to the second location and is experiencing very good gas and oil shows as we are nearing the proposed total depth. Our program is on schedule to have all 11 wells tied into the pipeline by the end of December 2008 to take advantage of the winter gas markets. These sales should increase the School Creek Partnership’s cash flow dramatically” Boyles added.
