Fitch Affirms Three Capital One Prime Auto Receivables Trusts

Fitch Ratings affirms three Capital One Prime Auto Receivables Trusts (COPAR) as follows:

COPAR 2005-1

--Class A-4 notes affirmed at 'AAA';

--Class B notes affirmed at 'A+'.

COPAR 2006-1

--Class A-3 notes affirmed at 'AAA';

--Class A-4 notes affirmed at 'AAA';

--Class B notes affirmed at 'A+'.

COPAR 2007-1

--Class A-2 notes affirmed at 'AAA';

--Class A-3 notes affirmed at 'AAA';

--Class A-4 notes affirmed at 'AAA';

--Class B notes affirmed at 'A'.

The rating affirmation is based on available credit enhancement and loss performance. Under the credit enhancement structure, the notes can withstand stress scenarios consistent with the rating and still make full payments to investors in accordance with the terms of the documents.
