Fitch Withdraws University of Southern California (CA) Unenhanced Rating

Fitch Ratings simultaneously affirms and withdraws its unenhanced 'AA+' rating on approximately $227.4 million of outstanding revenue bonds, issued by the California Educational Facilities Authority on behalf of the University of Southern California (USC), and currently rated by Fitch Ratings.

Coverage of USC's rating will no longer be provided due to lack of on-going disclosure to Fitch Ratings.
