Yates brings over 25 years of experience leading enterprise strategy and growth across the IT sector, with a focus on AI and intelligent automation as well as software, hardware, and multicloud solutions. Most recently she was Vice President of Customer Strategy and Industry Solutions at SS&C Blue Prism where she spearheaded a cross-functional team dedicated to helping customers leverage AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to realize business outcomes.

Yates brings expertise supporting companies across the market including financial services, healthcare and public sector. In previous roles, she has accelerated innovation and delivered sustainable business growth at prominent entities such as Cohesity, VMware, Oracle, Cisco Systems and T. Rowe Price.​ She holds a B.S. in Business Information Systems from Stevenson University as well as a Masters of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Johns Hopkins University.
