Operating as Guardian Pharmacy of Ohio, the new location – together with the Cincinnati pharmacy – will strengthen Guardian’s presence in the region and allow it to provide even better service to residents in assisted living, skilled nursing and behavioral health communities as well as individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Ohio, northern and central Kentucky, and western West Virginia.

Since joining Guardian in 2020, Mullaney’s Pharmacy has experienced substantial business growth, tripling the number of residents served in less than five years. The addition of Guardian Pharmacy of Ohio will enhance Mullaney’s capabilities, enabling faster delivery times and greater access to hands-on medication management to meet the growing demand from LTC communities and residents.
