Case Details

The Company was actually suffering from an oversupply of products and a slowdown in consumption by consumers; (2) The Company wrongfully claimed to have strong differentiation from competitors and to have mitigated risk; and (3) Based on these facts, the Company’s public statements were false and materially misleading throughout the class period. The lawsuit claims that when the market learned the truth about MGP, investors suffered damages.
