A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the securities of Manhattan Associates between October 22, 2024 and January 28, 2025, inclusive, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.

According to the lawsuit, Defendants made misrepresentations concerning the Company’s forecasting ability for its professional services.
