A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the securities of Sarepta between June 22, 2023 and June 24, 2025, inclusive, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
According to the lawsuit, defendants made misrepresentations concerning the safety risks to patients posed by ELEVIDYS, the Company’s product designed to treat Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
