CTA Construction Managers recently completed a major milestone on Taunton's Operational Support Building, part of the new Taunton Public Safety Complex construction project.

CTA Construction Managers proudly celebrated “topping off” of the Operational Support Building (OSB) at the Taunton Public Safety Complex. The topping off marks when the final, highest steel beam is put in place, a significant milestone in this comprehensive public safety complex construction project,” said Dan Pallotta, owner of the town’s project management firm P3.
The 16,000-square-foot Operational Support Building, designed by Caolo & Bieniek Architects, is one of three structures that comprise the new Taunton Public Safety Complex. “The OSB will provide essential facilities to support the city’s emergency services. The building will feature equipment storage areas, administrative offices, training rooms, and other resources vital for emergency response operations, ensuring enhanced safety and coordination for the Taunton community,” said Jim Hanifan, Vice President at Caolo & Bieniek Architects.

We are very happy with achieving this major milestone toward the project’s full completion,” said Mayor Shaunna O’Connell for the City of Taunton.
“Next steps in the construction of this project include enclosure work, such as the installation of exterior walls, windows, and roofing to make the structure weather-tight,” said Pat Tompkins, Principal at CTA Construction Managers. “This step ensures interior work can proceed safely regardless of weather conditions,” he continued.
