Durham, North Carolina, March 14, 2025 — DTS Language Services is thrilled to welcome Florencia Sorrentino to our team as our newest Sales Representative. Florencia brings a wealth of expertise, a passion for excellence, and a proven track record in sales and client relations.
In her role, Florencia will lead the sales and development of our Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI), Video Remote Interpretation (VRI), including our on-demand ASL services, and other interpretation offerings. She will also play a key role in supporting translation sales efforts, managing client accounts, and strengthening long-term client relationships-a cornerstone of DTS’s commitment to exceptional service.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Florencia’s bilingual proficiency adds another layer of value to our global operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Administration with a concentration in sports and a minor in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University. Her diverse professional background includes experience with top-tier brands like Nike, equipping her with a dynamic and adaptable skill set.
Beyond her professional achievements, Florencia is known for her entrepreneurial mindset, passion for building meaningful connections, and drive for excellence. Her expertise will be instrumental in advancing DTS’s innovative interpretation solutions, including our on-demand VRI and ASL services, which continue to break barriers in language accessibility and communication.
Outside of work, Florencia enjoys traveling, playing sports, CrossFit, discovering new coffee shops, and chasing sunsets-a testament to her adventurous and vibrant spirit.
