The NADF is hosted annually by the Florence Academy of Fine Arts (FAFA), an award-winning program within Florence High School, and one of the top arts education programs in the state.
Each year, the FAFA Dance Company receives state and national recognition for their performances, and recently made their first appearance on a national stage at the National High School Dance Festival in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Moreover, they have performed at the Alabama Dance Festival and Alabama Arts Alliance and have twice been invited to the prestigious International Edinburg Fringe Festival. Company members benefit from a chance to train with national guest teachers, perform at prestigious events, and even secure college scholarships.
The NADF plays a critical role in expanding access to high-level dance education while providing local students with scholarship opportunities from colleges across the Southeast. Sponsorships help fund student scholarships, guest artist fees, and production costs for performances that showcase the incredible talent within the Florence arts community – a cause which Foxtrot Family Law is proud to support.
