SAVIO CHIU
Mr. Chiu is a chartered accountant who started his career with Deloitte LLP before moving to Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd. Mr. Chiu has spent nearly seven years working in corporate finance and has been involved with a number of merger transactions and public listings. Mr. Chiu is currently a director of Helius Medical Technologies Inc. (TSX:HSM) and H-Source Holdings Ltd. (CSE:HSI). He is also the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Confederation Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V:CFM). In the last seven years, he has also served in various capacities as senior officer and director for other public companies listed on the TSX-V and the CSE. Mr. Chiu also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of British Columbia.
