Carl Icahn loses $350 million bet to save the Trump Taj Mahal

Carl Icahn said in a statement Monday he was “sad” that Atlantic City’s rump Taj Mahal had to close, after he lost nearly $350 million over the past few years trying to save the hotel and casino.
