In trading on Monday, the SPDR S&P Metals and Mining ETF (XME) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 3% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of United States Steel (X), up about 7.1% and shares of Cliffs Natural Resources (CLF), up about 6.8% on the day.
