Each week in July, Ewing will offer a new line up of Blue Monday Specials on many water-saving products, including smart controllers, efficient nozzles and spray heads, drip irrigation, and rain and soil moisture sensors.
Ewing will also feature smart irrigation posts on the company’s blog, Waterblogged, and social media pages throughout July.
“Smart Irrigation Month is an opportunity for the landscape and irrigation industry to recognize the significance of peak outdoor water use during the summer months,” said Warren Gorowitz, Ewing vice president for sustainability and conservation.
As drought conditions persist and water rates increase in many parts of the country, smart irrigation is gaining ground in the retrofit market, making it a great time to promote smart irrigation, Gorowitz said.
