In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.2% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Arrowhead Research (ARWR), up about 12.3% and shares of Isis Pharmaceuticals (ISIS), up about 8.2% on the day.
