UPDATE 1-U.S. acts to finalize duties on imports of rebar from Taiwan

WASHINGTON, Aug 30 (Reuters) - The U.S. International Trade Commission said on Wednesday it had made a final finding that U.S. producers are harmed by imports of steel concrete reinforcing bar, or rebar, from Taiwan, ensuring anti-dumping duties on the products will stay in place.
