Sanofi, Genzyme move on M&A rumors, FDA move

Shares of Genzyme Corp. soared while Sanofi-Aventis shares fell Friday amid rumors that Sanofi was in talks to acquire the troubled biotechnology company and on word that U.S. regulators have approved a generic version of one of Sanofi's top-selling drugs.
