Siemens Financial Services, Inc. Appoints New Head of Energy Finance

ISELIN, N.J., July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Siemens Financial Services, Inc. (SFS Inc.), the U.S. unit of Siemens Financial Services, announced today the appointment of Guy Cirincione as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Energy Finance, effective immediately. Cirincione succeeds Kirk Edelman who was recently appointed to President and CEO of Siemens Financial Services, Inc.

Cirincione joins SFS Inc. from Dexia Credit Local in New York, where he served as Deputy Branch Manager and Head of Marketing, Project and Public Finance. Dexia in the United States has focused on providing debt capital to the project finance market and providing liquidity to the municipal bond market.
