(NASDAQ:CSPI), a provider of IT Solutions, systems integration services and dense cluster computing systems, completed its filing of the Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2006 with the SEC and NASDAQ on March 8, 2007. The Company believes that the filing of the Form 10-Q fulfill the Company's obligations related to its delinquent filing status.
