Harwood is a former Vice President of Baxter International, Inc. and former President and CEO of Arjo, Inc. He brings to his new position an outstanding record of success in the high-tech, healthcare and medical device industries.

He had full responsibility for P&L and organic growth, supply chain activity, new product development and global standards. Prior to that, as President of Arjo North America, Harwood drove multiple initiatives that resulted in a rapid doubling of sales over a period of only three years.
Harwood earned a Bachelor of Science from the Oxford College of Technology and Engineering in Oxford, England. He is affiliated with the Institute of Engineering & Technology (MIET) and the Institute of Directors, United Kingdom (IOD).
