Trading Technologies Unveils New Brand Designed by Ogilvy and Mather

CHICAGO and BOCA RATON, Fla., March 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ogilvy & Mather (O&M) and Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a privately held global provider of high-performance professional trading software, unveiled TT's new brand today at the 39th Annual International Futures Industry Association Conference in Boca Raton, Florida.

Trading Technologies Unveils New Brand Designed by Ogilvy and Mather

The partnership with TT on their rebrand is an extension of the agency's leadership in the field of business-to-business marketing, having just been named "BtoB Agency of the Year" by Ad Age in February 2014.  TT partnered with Ogilvy in September 2013 after requesting proposals from several agencies.  The new visual identity was informed by qualitative and quantitative research, including a survey of TT's user base and other traders.

"It was clear after the first meeting that Ogilvy was able to deliver a creative solution that spoke to our most important audiences: traders and technologists," said Elise Fleischaker, vice president, marketing for TT. "The world has changed and visual communication is more prevalent and powerful than ever," said Fleischaker. Adding, "We believe the rebrand we completed with Ogilvy sets a new bar in our industry."

In conjunction with the rebrand, TT announced plans to launch a cloud-based trading platform for professional futures traders. The platform, which TT is calling Nextrader, is a trading ecosystem that enables a streamlined, go-anywhere experience, while also offering significantly faster performance and power where it matters. Its modular, cloud-based architecture enables TT to innovate and respond to changing market needs with unprecedented efficiency.

"TT has a rich history and a special culture that deserved a best-in-class creative expression," said Gabriel Usadel, head of design for Ogilvy Chicago. "We believe the modular system we created puts TT on par with leading technology companies across the world, not just in the futures industry," said Usadel.
