The Asia Tigers Fund, Inc. Announces Adjournment Of Special Meeting Of Stockholders

PHILADELPHIA, March 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Asia Tigers Fund, Inc. (the "Fund") (NYSE: GRR) (the "Fund") announced today that the Special Meeting of Stockholders, with respect to the proposal to eliminate the interval fund structure, a fundamental policy of the Fund, has been adjourned to Friday, April 4, 2014 to permit the solicitation of additional votes.
