In the news release, Somerset Hills Bancorp Reports Net Income Up 10.5% for the Quarter, issued yesterday, July 23, by Somerset Hills Bancorp (NASDAQ:SOMH) over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that the first paragraph, third sentence, should read "$0.20 per diluted share" rather than "$0.21 per diluted share."

In the table Somerset Hills Bancorp Selected Consolidated Financial Data, for the six months ended June 30, 2007, the Earnings per share- Diluted should read $0.20 rather than $0.21.
