The Women's Resource of Greater Houston began in 1990 to provide free financial education to women of every income level, especially lower-income levels. The program now has expanded to include men, due to increasing requests and the positive relationship between financial literacy and family stability. The funds will be used for operational and administrative expenses.

PGP awards provide funding for the operational needs of community-based organizations involved in affordable housing and economic development. FHLB Dallas awarded $225,000 in PGP grants this year.
