Craig Wireless New Zealand Affiliate Commencing Network Upgrades -And- Craig Wireless Palm Springs Surpasses 1,000 Subscribers

Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. ("Craig Wireless" or the "Company") (TSX-V: CWG), is pleased to announce that its New Zealand-based subsidiary, Woosh Wireless (NZ) Limited ("Woosh") has successfully completed on-air testing of its new high-speed wireless technology.

General Manager of Operations at Woosh, Richard Fry, says the technology, when added to Woosh's new and existing towers, will deliver substantially better performance than what Woosh has available today. "It is expected customers will experience ADSL-like speeds which will enable a majority of customers to enjoy a seamless internet experience." The service will operate in the Woosh licensed 2.3 GHz spectrum. Rollout of the upgraded network is progressing across multiple locations within New Zealand. Woosh provides wireless broadband and calling services in New Zealand through its own independent wireless network, and fixed line broadband and landline services through wholesale partnerships. Craig Wireless presently holds a 75% interest in Woosh.

Coachella Valley

The Company is also pleased to announce that Craig Wireless Palm Springs Inc. has surpassed 1,000 subscribers on its Coachella Valley, California 4G network.  The Director of Operations, Palm Springs Market, Justin Tiumalu indicated: "We are very pleased to have reached this important milestone."  The Company's network in the Coachella Valley now provides coverage over many of the Coachella Valley cities including Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and Indian Wells. Additional cities are expected to be added to the coverage area soon.
