Cynthia and Olendus Gaines, owners of Gaines Commercial Cleaning, LLC of the Virginia Beach Support Center are the winners of the Best Medium Category. Each winning franchised business owner received $1,000 and a congratulatory plaque presented by the regional director or general manager of their local Coverall Support Center.

Enterprises, LLC from the Pittsburgh Support Center, Laura Kosas of Integrity Cleaning, LLC from the Cleveland Support Center and Luis Acevedo of Infinity 4 Investments from the Chicago Support Center are honorable mention honorees in the Best Medium Category.
