NEW YORK, Jan. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Morningstar Credit Ratings, LLC today assigned preliminary ratings for the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transaction COMM 2015-LC19 Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates (COMM 2015-LC19). The collateral supporting COMM 2015-LC19 consists of 59 mortgage loans secured by 139 commercial real estate properties.
