Media Alert: Caesarstone Presents An Evening Of Color Celebrating Chicago Art & Design

LOS ANGELES, June 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Join Caesarstone, luxury quartz surface manufacturer, to celebrate a night of Chicago art and design. Ten local artists and sculptors will make their vision come to life out of Caesarstone quartz at Salvage One.

Caesarstone was an early pioneer of the natural quartz surfaces market.

WHO:

Architects, designers, influencers, and Chicago artists will come together to celebrate an evening of art, music, food, fun, and color. Featured artists include Natasha Kohli, Alex Puryear, Marie Kavadias, Nino Rodriguez, Brittney Leanne Williams, Zac Franzoni, Rachel Jacobi, Jonathan Johnson, Michael Mabbo, and Diana Arand.

WHAT:

Join Caesarstone as they launch their newest colors through collaborations with local artists.

The painters, sculptors, and visual artists will be assigned one of ten new colors. Their gallery spaces will be named after these colors, and their collaboration piece will be created using their corresponding slab. Live painters around the venue will create inspired art on the spot using large Caesarstone slabs.

Guests of the event will also be able to bring out their inner artist by participating in an interactive mural. At the end of the event, guests will have transformed the blank mural into a beautiful collaboration of their own.

Guests will have an opportunity to purchase the featured artists' works, as well as participate in social media sweepstakes that could win them their favorite collaboration piece of the evening. To commemorate the event, each guest will receive a one-of-a-kind keepsake made from Caesarstone and designed by a local sculptor.

WHY:

To support and connect with Chicago's local art and design industries by creating custom works of art that showcase the new Caesarstone colors in creative ways.
