TORONTO, Aug. 11, 2015 /CNW/ - Asia Bio-Chem Group Corp. (CSE: ABC) ("Asia Bio-Chem" or the "Company") announces today that Elaine Zhao has resigned as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and director of the Company effective July 31, 2015. 

The Company intends to initiate a search for a replacement CFO and until such time a new CFO is appointed, Zhiping Wang, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will serve as interim CFO effective July 31, 2015.
