IDCCRA is an innovative, individualized high school for college and technical career-minded students. Students gain exposure to relevant technical and specialty trade skills from courses built around four career paths -- Website Development, Business and Marketing, Healthcare and Automated Manufacturing -- that help students prepare for industry certification tests after graduation. Courses allow students to gain a competitive edge in the workforce and explore a possible college major.

The IDCCRA program allows for first year students to explore CTE courses, exposing them to all four potential pathways. In their second and subsequent years, students can begin to specialize, selecting from one of the four course clusters, which include:

• Healthcare: Planning, managing, and providing therapeutic services, diagnostic services, health informatics, support services, and biotechnology research and development. 
• Business: Planning, organizing, directing and evaluating business functions essential to efficient and productive operations.  
• Manufacturing: Planning, managing, and processing materials into intermediate or final products, and related professional and technical support activities such as production planning and control, maintenance, and manufacturing-process engineering.  
• Web Design: Building linkages in IT occupations for entry level, technical, and professional careers related to the design, development, support and management of hardware, software, multimedia and systems integration services.
