Cedar Fair Unitholders Re-elect Three to Board of Directors

SANDUSKY, Ohio, June 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cedar Fair (NYSE: FUN), a leader in regional amusement parks, water parks and active entertainment, today announced that its unitholders re-elected Eric Affeldt, John Scott, III and D. Scott Olivet to the Board of Directors of its general partner, Cedar Fair Management, Inc., for three-year terms expiring in 2019.

The limited partners also confirmed the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm, approved an advisory vote on the compensation of the Company's named executive officers and approved and adopted the 2016 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
