OAKVILLE, ON, June 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -  Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. ("APUC" or the "Company") (TSX: AQN) today announced that at the Company's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 9, 2016, all the nominees listed in its Management Information Circular dated May 3, 2016 were elected as directors of APUC until the next annual meeting of shareholders.
