Duroc-Danner as Chairman Emeritus. In this honorary and advisory role to the Board of Directors, Dr. Duroc-Danner will not receive any remuneration for his role and will remain an external advisor.

After founding the Company almost 30 years ago and growing Weatherford into one of the leading oilfield service providers today, the Board owes much gratitude to Bernard for his vision and leadership.
